Prof. Justinian Rwezaula Ikingura
Prof. Justinian R. Ikingura: He was the Director of Postgraduate Studies from April 2012 to March 2015.He was Principal of the College of Information and Communication Technologies. From 2004 – 2009 he served on the Inter-University Council of East Africa (IUCEA) as VicRes Project Regional Coordinator on the Impact of Mining and other Human Activities on Lake Victoria Wetlands.
